Burgul Law and Mediation Office has been providing legal representation for over 15 years in disputes arising from enforcement and bankruptcy law, tenancy and real estate law, inheritance law, and labor law before courts of first instance (civil, criminal, administrative, and tax) as well as appellate and supreme courts.

Our office provides legal consultancy services in various fields, primarily Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law, Collective Labor Agreement Law, and Real Estate Law. In addition to consultancy activities in Commercial, Corporate, Contracts, and Obligations Law, legal support is provided to corporate clients in disputes within the scope of Labor Law, Collective Bargaining Agreement processes, and Press Law. Furthermore, legal proceedings regarding criminal investigations involving corporate entities and provisional legal protection measures are handled.

Within the scope of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law practices, both creditor and debtor representation is carried out. In this field, the legal procedures for attachment, preliminary injunctions, the establishment and foreclosure of mortgages, and bankruptcy processes are conducted.

Litigation processes related to disputes arising from Tenancy Law, Real Estate Law, and Inheritance Law are pursued. Attorneyship and legal consultancy services are provided in disputes such as property rights, breach of contract, and eviction cases.

Our office also serves as party counsel in mediation and arbitration processes, which are alternative dispute resolution methods.
